Everysk Platform has a simple interface with 6 tabs: Portfolios, Setup, Reports, Scripts, Triggers. Processes. The 3 first tabs are designed for manual workflows and the 3 last are related to automation. Also, there are 3 main areas: Left, Central and Right. These areas have different functionality, depending on the tab that is selected, as follows:
The left-center-right panel
Portfolios
When this tab is selected, the 3 areas have the following functionality:
- Left panel: Contains the portfolio(s) uploaded by the user. Provides access to an interface to add/import new portfolios.
- Central panel: When a portfolio is dragged from the left to the central panel, it displays detailed information such as: tickers, contracts, aggregation labels.
- Right panel: Displays the properties for the selected portfolio and contains a delete function. The base currency of the portfolio can also be reset from this panel. Descriptions including hashtags can be added as well.
Setup
This tab enables the “pairing” of a portfolio (or 2 portfolios) and a template. When this tab is selected, the 3 areas have the following functionality:
- Left panel: Contains the portfolio(s) uploaded by the user.
- Central panel: Contains the setup to generate dashboards.
- Right panel: Contains templates provided by Everysk or custom templates available in your account
Reports
This tab enables Reports to be viewed/refreshed at any time. When this tab is selected, the 3 areas have the following functionality:
- Left panel: Contains the Reports(s) generated by the user.
- Central panel: Contains the dynamic visualization for any Report that is dragged from the left panel.
- Right panel: Displays the properties for the selected Report and provides a delete function. Additionally, Reports can be annotated and shared directly from this panel.
Scripts
This tab enables Scripts to be viewed/refreshed/clone/edited and deleted at any time. When this tab is selected, the 3 areas have the following functionality:
- Left panel: Contains the scripts(s) generated by the user.
- Central panel: Contains the source code for the script that is dragged from the left panel.
- Right panel: Displays the properties for the selected script and provides a delete,clone,edit functionalities. Additionally, scripts can be annotated and associated with a trigger from this panel.
Triggers
This tab enables Triggers to be viewed/refreshed/enabled at any time. When this tab is selected, the 3 areas have the following functionality:
- Left panel: Contains the Triggers(s) generated by the user.
- Central panel: Contains the setup properties for any Trigger that is dragged from the left panel: it's ID, if it is an event or time trigger, the scheduling cycle.
- Right panel: Displays the properties for the selected Trigger and provides a delete function. Additionally, Scripts can be annotated, enabled/disabled from this panel.
Processes
This tab enables Processes to be viewed/refreshed at any time. When this tab is selected, the 3 areas have the following functionality:
- Left panel: Contains the Processes(s) generated by the a Trigger being invoked.
- Central panel: Contains the properties for Processes that are dragged from the left panel.
- Right panel: Displays the properties for the selected Process, i.e the generating trigger ID and so forth.
