This widget retrieves top-down macro news, sorted by date and ranked by sentiment:

The following parameters are relevant for this widget:

1. Macro factor, such as: oil, China, Emerging Markets, rates and so forth.
2. Implied sentiment: bearish when the templates are focused on vulnerabilities, bullish when they are focused on potential upside.
3. Taxonomy: only financial/economic news casts and blogs are included.

The widget retrieves the most relevant news from a wide net of global news articles and displays the ones from past week, sorted by sentiment score. We currently use IBM Watson® to retrieve relevant information.
